Unprofessional, unfriendly and discriminatory. These are the 3 words to describe the bad customer service. I tried to make an appointment at this place, it was the 16th of August a day where most people are on vacation and out of town and the day after one of the biggest national holidays (ferragosto) where most shops are closed and the ones that are open are completely empty. First I was told that because I am a men, they could only massage my back. This was actually what I wanted but I found it strange that in 2022 discrimination is still very much alive. There were 2 girls in the shop one was just standing and the other one was smoking and the shop was completely empty. When I tried to make an appointment, the reply was that because it is summer they are fully booked and there was no possible way they could book me in. I understand the fact that they are fully booked, but I don’t tolerate discrimination and unprofessional unprepared staff. Very bad experience and I don’t recommend this place at all. It is best to find another place to spend your money.
