L’hôtel est superbe et la restauration est tout simplement exceptionnelle : chaque repas était un vrai plaisir. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, où un bouton d’appel permet de commander des boissons qui sont apportées directement au transat. Un service très appréciable qui fait toute la différence.

Le seul point négatif a été un chantier situé juste en face de l’hôtel, avec des travaux de 7h à 19h. Bien sûr, ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement, mais cela a parfois nui au calme.

Malgré cela, nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

es war ausgezeichnet. wir haben sogar noch ein upgrade erhalten. der service war gut, was uns gestört hat, dass die gänge zum nachtessen relativ schnell serviert wurden, kaum leergegessen, kam schon das nächste. auch die essenszeit am abend war sehr sportlich
irgendwie ab 18:30 bis 20:15 fand ich persönlich nicht so praktisch.
aber sonst, die aussicht, die lage, das war top. absolute empfehlung.

Beautiful hotel and excellent pool, but a serious food-safety issue was handled very poorly

The hotel has many strengths. The pool and the surrounding views were absolutely beautiful, and most of the service during our stay was excellent. We genuinely enjoyed spending time at the hotel. The only other downside was that the room was quite warm at night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
Unfortunately, our experience at the gala dinner was extremely disappointing. While eating the ravioli, I found a hard, transparent foreign object in the food. It looked and felt like a piece of plastic, so I immediately showed it to the staff.
What disappointed us most was the response. We received no proper apology, no explanation of what the object was, and no follow-up from a manager. There was also no adjustment to the bill or any goodwill gesture—not even a complimentary drink or water. We were charged the full amount as though nothing had happened.
Finding a foreign object in food is a serious food-safety issue. At a hotel and restaurant of this standard, I expected at least a sincere apology, an explanation, and appropriate follow-up.
It is unfortunate because the pool, scenery, and most of the hotel service were genuinely very good. However, the way this incident was handled left a very negative impression at the end of our stay. I hope the management reviews both its kitchen safety procedures and the way staff respond to serious guest complaints.

The room was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning. I had no choice but to open the window to let some fresh air in, but instead I was greeted by a strong smell of cow manure from outside.

This is supposed to be a romantic hotel, yet even the hallway outside the room smelled like cow manure.

The smell was so overwhelming that even after I hung my swimsuit out on the balcony to dry, it ended up smelling like cow manure as well.

Ho prenotato un weekend per l'anniversario con mio marito spendendo anche una cifra non proprio irrisoria ma sembrava stupendo. La camera era molto bello ma c'era 40 gradi senza nemmeno l'aria condizionata; in un hotel del genere con elevate temperature mi aspetto un servizio più elevato o per lo meno riuscire a reperire un ventilatore. Abbiamo portato il cane, ovviamente abbiamo pagato la quota. Nessuno ci ha avvisato (nè al momento della prenotazione, nè in reception) che quel weekend c'era la sagra di paese e facevano i botti ogni due ore (perfino alle 06.00 del mattina con campane e quant'altro). Nessuno si è interessato. Insomma, abbiamo pagato 500 euro per una notte per dormire un'ora se va bene, con il cane terrorizzato e facendo la sauna.
In più sono anche incinta e non c'era nemmeno una targhetta che specificava cosa c'era dentro al cibo.
Dovevamo rilassarci un weekend e siam tornati più stressati di prima, inutile fare begli hotel, 4-5 stelle e poi avere un servizio inesistente, facendo spendere 400 -500 euro a notte; così son bravi tutti.

Ein sehr schöner Hotel, wirklich zu empfehlen! Tolle Lage, sehr schöne saubere Zimmer. Gutes Essen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen .
Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Leider nur eine ältere Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und arrogant. Man hat sich bei ihr überhaupt nicht willkommen gefühlt. Keinen Guten Tag und schon garnicht Auf Wiedersehen. Sehr Schade. Wir haben es als sehr unschön empfunden.
Sonnst würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen ❤️

Wir hatten ein sehr schönen 10-tägigen Urlaub. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg alle sehr freundlich und sehr engagiert.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und verfügte sogar über einen kleinen Kühlschrank.
Unser Zimmer hatte auch eine kleine Terrasse. Diese hätte man auf jeden Fall schöner gestalten können. Zudem ist nebenan ein Parkplatz eines Supermarktes. Ruhe hat man daher nur am Wochenende oder am späten Abend. Ob sich der Aufpreis für das Zimmer lohnt muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Wir würden diese Zimmerkategorie nicht mehr buchen.
Durch die beiden Pools entzerrt sich der Andrang der Gäste, sodass die Pools nie zu voll waren.
Beim reichhaltigen Frühstück ist mit Sicherheit für jeden etwas dabei. Für das Abendessen konnte man aus verschiedenen Gängen unterschiedliche Speisen auswählen. Das Essen war an jedem Abend geschmacklich spitze und immer toll angerichtet.
Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. An den Busbahnhof mitten im Ort sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Già la strada fino ad arrivarci è un pazzesco spettacolo, paesaggi meravigliosi.
Poi arrivi lì e c’è una bellissima reception ad attenderti con personale super gentile e disponibile, garage privato, ultra easy, camere grandi e ben attrezzate, pulitissime con questo gioco di luci ‘romantic’ suggestivo.
Zona Wellness angolo di paradiso, con zona massaggi che ti addormenti e non te ne accorgi.
Il rooftop con piscina d’acqua calda con le Dolomiti sullo sfondo e’ quello che più ti lascia a bocca aperta.
Ristorante superlativo e colazione abbondante.
L’ultima sera ho mangiato una parmigiana di melanzane che era un capolavoro artistico.
Il tutto ovviamente non è gratis, ma ne vale veramente la pena quando hai bisogno di coccolarti e vivere un momento di puro relax.
