Erst mal danke an das ganze Hotel Team auch wenn nur einige brocken Deutsch verstanden wurde haben sie alles getan um einen den Urlaub so angenehm zu machen. Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dafür schon mal extra Sterne. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und schön ausgestattet. Der Garten und Pool Bereich sehr schön angelegt. Standort kurzer Fußmarsch zum Zentrum. Zimmer sehr sauber und schick eingerichtet einziger Kritikpunkt ist wir hatten das Zimmer zur Terrasse und Bar und da hat man leider alles gehört. Und sehr hellhörig alles. Frühstück Büfett war reichlich. Es gab nur kleine Brötchen aber leckeres frisches Brot. Und ganz viel Süßes Gebäck.

Meine Frau und ich haben 1 Woche Urlaub gemacht Waren sehr sehr zufrieden Sehr gutes Frühstück super Zimmer sehr nettes Personal und der Pool war auch Spitze Der Kellner Nico war auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend Würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen Vielen Dank nochmal

Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel Imperial on Lake Garda was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and we DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

We booked the hotel through Booking.com and selected a SPECIFIC ROOM based on the photos and description shown on the platform.

Upon arrival, we were offered a supposed “UPGRADE.” In reality, we were moved to an ANNEX OF THE HOTEL, OUTSIDE THE MAIN BUILDING, even though we had specifically booked a room in the MAIN HOTEL BUILDING according to the photos shown on Booking.com!

This was NOT AN UPGRADE. We had to ask to be moved to the room category and location that we had actually booked. Having to ask about this immediately after arrival was extremely uncomfortable and completely unnecessary.

BUT THE WORST PART HAPPENED AT CHECK-OUT!

The hotel staff informed us that our stay was allegedly NOT PAID FOR, even though the money had ALREADY BEEN CHARGED FROM OUR ACCOUNT through Booking.com!

Instead of contacting Booking.com themselves and simply clarifying the situation, the hotel DEMANDED THAT WE PAY FOR THE ENTIRE STAY AGAIN!

YES — THEY EXPECTED US TO PAY TWICE FOR THE SAME STAY!

The staff showed NO WILLINGNESS TO HELP, NO INITIATIVE TO CONTACT BOOKING.COM and NO REAL INTEREST IN RESOLVING THE PROBLEM. We had to deal with everything ourselves!

Fortunately, BOOKING.COM HANDLED THE SITUATION PROFESSIONALLY and clearly confirmed that OUR STAY HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID IN FULL.

The situation became so serious and absurd that Booking.com officially informed us that IF THE HOTEL STAFF TRIED TO PREVENT US FROM LEAVING THE PROPERTY, WE SHOULD CONTACT THE POLICE!

A guest should NEVER be put in a situation where they have to prove that they have already paid, defend themselves against being charged TWICE, contact Booking.com on their own, and even consider calling the POLICE just to be able to leave the hotel!

To make matters worse, the staff were UNHELPFUL AND PASSIVE. Instead of apologising and trying to resolve the problem, their attitude made the entire situation even more stressful and unpleasant.

A beautiful location DOES NOT COMPENSATE for this kind of treatment.

WRONG ROOM.
FAKE “UPGRADE.”
ATTEMPT TO CHARGE US TWICE.
UNHELPFUL STAFF.
BOOKING.COM HAD TO INTERVENE.
WE WERE EVEN ADVISED TO CALL THE POLICE IF THE HOTEL WOULD NOT LET US LEAVE!

This is absolutely NOT the level of service anyone should expect from a hotel.

WE DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND HOTEL IMPERIAL!

Sehr schönes Hotel, leider hatten wir uns mehr Ruhe erhofft da es nicht speziell für Familien genannt wurde.... Kleinere sehr "llebhafte" Kinder quietschen schon am frühen Morgen und bis zum Abend am Pool. Macht die Erholung schwierig wenn man keine kleinen Kindern mehr hat.....

accogliente, ideale per un fine settimana di totale relax, panorama mozzafiato che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere anche dal balcone dalla stanza , personale gentilissimo e disponibile, pulito e fornito di ogni comfort, abbiamo provato la cena ed è stato tutto squisito, super consigliato!

Schönstes Hotel in ganz Limone. Zimmer sauber und gut klimatisiert. Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter.
Schöner Poolbereich mit ausreichend Liegen. Man findet immer ein Plätzchen. Tolles Whirlpool mit traumhaftem Ausblick.
In die Altstadt geht man ca. 10 Minuten. Das Hotel selber ist in totaler Ruhelage.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Sehr angenehmes, internationales Publikum.
Einziges Manko: unser Zimmer war im unteren Stock, man hört leider jede WC Spülung oder jedes Duschen gehen.
Ist aber wirklich der einzige Punkt.
Jederzeit wieder!

Fantastic hotel with superb staff. Breakfast has been delicious with plenty of choice. Staff are attentive and very welcoming. Free shuttle to the main centre is free to residents.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the atmosphere to the service. A special mention goes to Samuel, who was an outstanding waiter. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. His attention to detail and warm service really made our experience special. Highly recommended!
