We checked out this morning after another glorious five days at this magical resort and felt compelled to update the review we left after our first stay to reinforce how spectacular this gem is.

Not only did we continue to enjoy the things that make the resort special - the hospitality, the rooms, the location, the pool and spectacular views of the sea, But, we met some new staff members that went truly above and beyond. The one standout was Anna who helped us months prior to our arrival, and continued to be invaluable in making our vacation in Puglia so memorable. She helped organize tours, restaurant reservations, transfers. She is and was unbelievably kind, professional, and always ready to assist in any way possible. And always with a smile and warmth. We also want to share our appreciation for Lucia, who was also super helpful, and for Lina, who makes the best omelettes in Italy each morning during their plentiful and delicious breakfast. And all the breakfast staff, who made each morning so pleasant.

It was also great to see Patrizia, and others that we connected so wonderfully with during our first stay. It truly does feel like family. We are looking forward to our next visit, hopefully sooner rather than later!

What a marvelous week spent at Canne Bianche. From start to the sad departure this morning we loved every bit of this chic yet easy breezy resort set on a glorious strip of the Apulian coast. Every comfort and detail was provided to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The one standout for us was the service and the amazing personnel that make this resort so special. In particular was Patrizia. We have stayed at some of the best properties in the world, and Patrizia stands as the best guest relations agent we’ve ever had the fortune to meet. She was so helpful with guidance and suggestions for tours and restaurants leading up to our stay as well as during.

In fact, our fist meeting with Patrizia at check-in is the epitome of 5 star service. We happened to arrive at the resort in the middle of a transient yet powerful thunderstorm. Once we were guided through to the secured resort area, Patrizia was waiting for us outside the main entrance with two giant white umbrellas to usher us into the warmth and luxury of the reception area. She ensured our luggage and car were taken care of. That is just one example of her dedication and commitment.

We also want to recognize Andrea, Anna and the wonderful Signora at the restaurant who prepared our eggs each morning with a smile and loving care. In fact the breakfast was gloriously abundant and the staff couldn’t have been more professional and thoughtful.

Our vacation in Italy continues but our stay at Canne Bianche will undoubtedly be one of the main highlights.

Cudowny hotel z niesamowitą wręcz obsługą. Ludzie tutaj pracujący są wspaniali i bardzo pomocni. Pierwszy raz spotkałem się że pokoje były sprzątane dwa razy dziennie. Bardzo dziękuję za ten pobyt. Moim zdaniem to jeden z najlepszych hoteli na świecie a bylem w kilkuset... Śniadania, basen i jego obsługa obłędne. Szokująco dobrze, musicie tego zaznać!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel!

The premises were fantastic, and the location couldn't have been better, with stunning views that truly enhanced our experience. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us; they were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home.

Their local recommendations were stop on, guiding us to some amazing spots.

The food was delightful, adding another ledger of enjoyment to our stay. A huge thank you to Vicenzo, Noami, Lesley, Patrizia and Anna; you all made our stay unforgettable.

We highly recommend this hotel and believe it deserves every bit of its 5 star rating!

Wonderful stay ! For business & hollydays, we had a wonderful stay. We advice the junior suite, with jacuzzi ! It is worth the price. Food is excellent, location very nice ! We would have liked to stay longer !

Never made it to the hotel. Their reservation system is very glitchy. My friend tried to reserve after me, couldn't and by the time she could, rate had gone up 300€. So I cancelled my room so we could stay together elsewhere and was charged 25€ (the stay was 5 months from now!). Have never been charged a fee by a hotel, let alone a 5-star for cancelling a reservation within conditions. Won't try again.

Mooi fris hotel. Genoeg strandstoelen , aan het zwembad maar ook in de gazon. Daar heb je wel last van wespen. Als je strandlakens gaat vragen krijg je een kleine koelbox met water, en een spuitbussen om de wespen nat te spuiten. Rond 11 uur komen ze rond met een lekker drankje.Er zijn 2 restaurant, eentje aan het water dat ik persoonlijk lekkerder vond als het restaurant aan het gebouw.De kamers zijn netjes, sommige hebben een ligbad andere een douche . Auto parkeren is ook geen probleem .Sep 2025
