I was visiting Florence for a couple of days and was in need of a color refresh. I booked an appointment at Ciro. The service and treatment I received exceeded my expectations!!! Baj at the salon did my color and she was amazing!! Next time I am in Florence I will definitely go and book another appointment.

The best wet shave I have ever received — truly exceptional. Andrea is an absolute artist. Not a single cut, not a single irritation. For context, my barber in the U.S. has been shaving me for over five years and still manages to nick me almost every time… but Andrea delivered a flawless shave with remarkable precision and care.

On top of his skill, he speaks Spanish, which made the experience even more enjoyable and personal. The entire salon team was extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish.

If you’re in Florence, do yourself a favor and book with Andrea. Highly recommended.

I popped in for a blowdry on my trip.
The blowdry was good but I never got any products applied to my hair before brushing out, after the hair wash or before the blowdry went ahead! I never got offered a drink. Neither did my husband who was waiting for me.
I paid €45 for just a blowdry and the conditioner was an extra €5!! Surely this would be included in the price!
I'm a salon owner / hairdresser myself and I expected the experience to be better for the price.
Rather pricey for the experience.

Best blowout of my entire life! Rosella was amazing. She gave me a wonderful scalp massage and then took time and perfected my hair while also finishing quickly. I have thick curly hair so it was nice to have someone familiar with my curl pattern. Next time I’m back in Florence I will be coming by!

While on vacation I decided to get a blowout here and it was 10/10! Jennifer was so kind and did a beautiful job. I left the salon feeling so good! Everyone was so friendly and were happy to take me as a walk-in. Would recommend to anyone!

While on vacation because of the heat, I decided I desperately needed a good wash and blow dry. I have very textured curly hair, but normally wear it bone straight. I haven’t been able to find many stylists who are able to make my hair frizz free. As I started researching, I came across this salon. I walked over and asked if they could take a walk in. I was greeted by Jennifer. She was very warm and took me right away. Luckily she spoke Italian and Spanish so we were able to communicate fine. I discovered that she is of Caribbean descent and works with a lot of textured hair(totally lucky) I was overjoyed!! Being from NY and always having a good roller set or Dominican blow out, it’s such a hard technique to master and you are lucky if you can find someone who can do it. Jennifer checked all the boxes and is an AMAZING stylist!!! Her attention to detail is unmatched! What w wonderful way to end my trip to Florence. Go to this salon and BOOK WITH JENNIFER! I just had a very positive experience at this salon. It has been about 9 months since I have gotten a hair cut due to a bad experience at my regular salon in NYC. Upon entering Cirio, i was greeted by Andres who was a breath of fresh air. He immediately accommodated me as a walk in and made me feel welcome. The haircut I received was exactly what I wanted and no additional liberties were taken. Often you ask a stylist for one haircut and end up with a mullet or something you did not ask for. If you are an anxious and shy salon visitor in need of a haircut, don’t hesitate to visit Cirio and ask for Andres. You will not be disappointed!

Sono anni che oramai vengo da Ciro in Via Delle Terme a Firenze e posso dire che non delude mai!!!
Oggi sono andata a fare la mia seduta annuale della dermo-pigmentazione con Nikla.
Nikla è una ragazza professionale, precisa ma tantissimo gentile.
Si è sempre preoccupata se andasse tutto bene, beh che dire.. coccolata al massimo.
Ha una mano leggerissima..
Nikla è una garanzia!
Sono soddisfatta della mia scelta.

Sono molti anni che frequento questo parrucchiere e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Atmosfera cordiale ma non invadente, competenza assolutamente ineccepibile. Inoltre c’è rispetto per gli orari, cosa per me molto importante. Insomma, per ne è un piacere farmi “restaurare” qui, vado via sempre con 10 anni di meno!
