I cannot believe those who wrote the number of very similar negative reviews about a month ago ever entered Studio 20. Rather they objected to the sympathy shown for the Palestinian cause in the front window and decided to deter anyone from giving the place business.
I though returned there for a haircut on Tuesday and found the staff welcoming and professional, as before. The place is also clean and the prices fair. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience – stay away at all costs.
I went in just to get a haircut and ended up having one of the most unpleasant experiences I can remember. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic hygiene.
It honestly felt like their entire energy was focused on politics and spreading negativity rather than treating customers with respect.
I still can’t understand how a simple haircut turned into such a disturbing encounter filled with hostility and judgment. Absolutely unacceptable.

Got there for a hair blow, which held for an hour max.
The place smelled really bed, like sewage, I think they are using the same tools without cleaning it between costumers. The bear wearing these colors felt weird to see, my daughter asked me why the teddy bear looks like it, which put me in a very unpleasant spot.

Avoid this place at all costs, truly disturbing experience.
This isn’t just a bad haircut; it’s a full on nightmare. The atmosphere was toxic from the moment I walked in — rude staff, zero professionalism, and absolutely no sense of hygiene or respect.

Instead of focusing on customers, the people there seemed obsessed with political talk and spreading anger. It’s uncomfortable, inappropriate, and honestly shocking for a barbershop.

If you value your peace of mind (and your hair), do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. There are plenty of places that deserve your money, this one definitely doesn’t.

Terrible experience. I came in for highlights and left with my hair completely burned. The bleach was left on way too long, no one checked on me during the process, and when I tried to say something, they were dismissive and rude.

Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, the attitude was cold and condescending, as if it was somehow my fault. The whole service felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish - no communication, no attention, and absolutely no respect for the client.

After years of taking good care of my hair, I walked out with real damage - dryness, breakage, and a horrible texture. Even another stylist I went to afterwards was shocked by the result.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

이탈리아 여행중 가장 최악의 장소였습니다. 버킷리스트중 하나였던 토스카나 지역 미용실 체험을 목적으로 들어갔다가 불쾌하기 그지없는 경험만 했습니다. 직원들은 엄청 불친절했고, 헤어커트중 직원중 한명이 저를 중국인으로 간주하길래 한국인이라 정정했더니, 중국 한국 일본 태국 다 똑같이 생겼는데 무슨 상관이냐라는 식으로 말했습니다. 그래도 커트중이라참고 있었는데 아시아인들 얼굴은 정말 헤어커트하기 힘든얼굴이라며 조롱하는듯한 대화를 직원들끼리 주고받았습니다. 인종차별 언급에 엄청 불쾌하다 했지만 사과하는대신 자기들끼리 얼버무리고 딴청 하는것으로 슬그머니 넘어갔습니다. 남편이 그냥 가자고 해서 나갔지만 거의 울뻔했습니다.
절대로 가지마세요!!!

I walked in just for a haircut, what a bizarre place.
While cutting my hair, the barber kept answering his phone over and over, arguing loudly with someone and shouting during the call.
He seemed irritated, impatient, and in a bad mood the entire time.
On top of that, I was really disappointed by how poor the hygiene was.
