I had an amazing experience! The service was excellent from start to finish. I got gel nails done, and Vita was incredibly kind and very detail-oriented—she really pays attention to every little detail to make sure everything looks perfect. I was even offered a coffee, which was such a nice touch. The atmosphere in the salon is very pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it!

Scorrette e prezzi esagerati, anche vista la qualità, una passata di semipermanente e unghie molto spesse, mi fanno pagare una manicure che non ho chiesto (e non ho mai messo in ammollo le mani…), quando glielo dico gentilmente si inalberano anche dicendo non è vero! E per chiudere mi hanno anche bruciata con la cera… Esperienza pessima.
Aggiungo elementi proprio per i futuri clienti visto che sono state scritte cose non corrette:
1) mi hanno bruciato un pezzettino con la cera sul viso, ho avuto la crosticina e messo foille per dieci giorni
2) ho prenotato per baffetti e chiesto se poteva fare un puntino anche proprio sotto al labbro, il mento non lo hanno proprio toccato, e per 15€ mi sembrava una richiesta che non raddoppiava il costo, ma non ho messo neanche in discussione i 30 euro…
3) andavo di corsa perchè dovevo partire e ho chiesto se avevano tempo per fare sempiternamente veloce senza manicure anche perchè avevo visto proprio i prezzi… (poi non mi sono accorta neanche che stavano facendo il manicure perché non mi hanno mai neanche bagnato le mani…)
4) quando gentilmente ho fatto presente che avevo chiesto il semi senza manicure per essere veloce mi hanno aggredita dicendo che non era vero e alzando la voce, ma si tratta così una cliente? secondo voi mi invento che dico una cosa per non pagarla?
Ho detto bello perché ho scelto per la prima volta uno smalto con i brillantini e messo era bello in effetti, ma sentirsi trattati in quel modo non ne vale la pena.
Ci sono posti in zona con prezzi più equilibrati e migliore gestione clienti, vivo di fronte li conosco bene, sono andata sotto casa per velocità ma meglio fare due passi in più e trovare un posto con persone gentili e corrette.
Bastava un ci scusi abbiamo inteso male.

ci dispiace sinceramente che la sua esperienza non sia stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Tuttavia, per correttezza nei confronti del nostro lavoro e dei futuri clienti, riteniamo necessario chiarire alcuni punti importanti.
1. Il nostro salone si trova nel pieno centro di Roma. Nonostante la posizione i nostri prezzi sono in linea e, in molti casi, inferiore rispetto a quelli di altri saloni della zona. Utilizziamo esclusivamente prodotti professionali di alta qualità, tutti certificati e conformi alla normativa dell’Unione Europea. La salute è la sicurezza dei nostri clienti sono per noi una priorità assoluta.
2. I prezzi del nostro salone sono sempre completamente trasparenti e facilmente consultabili sul nostro sito, sui social media e nel listino prezzi esposto all’ingresso del salone. Prima di ogni trattamento, ogni cliente ha la possibilità di verificare i costi e di porre qualsiasi domanda.
3. Le professionisti lavorano con noi da 3-4 anni, hanno una solida esperienza maturata sia in Italia che all’estero e comprendono perfettamente la lingua italiana.
Al momento della prenotazione e prima dell’inizio del trattamento lei ha chiaramente richiesto il servizio “manicure con semipermanente “, il cui costo, come indicato nel nostro listino, è di 50€
Da parte sua non è stata fatta richiesta per cambio semipermanente, semipermanente senza manicure, né per iil servizio base di semipermanente al costo 35€
Qualora avesse inteso uno di questi servizi, sarebbe stato sufficiente comunicarlo in anticipo.
4. Durante il trattamento, seduta al tavolo della manicure, lei stessa ha dichiarato che il lavoro era “molto bello “
Questa affermazione è stata udita non solo dalla nostra professionista ma anche da altri clienti presenti nel salone.
5.Per quanto riguarda la ceretta, utilizziamo esclusivamente cera brasiliana delicata, con temperature di lavoro rigorosamente controllata a 45 gradi, nel pieno rispetto di tutte le norme di sicurezza. Per questo motivo, la possibilità di un’ustione è oggettivamente da escludere.
6. Nonostante non vi siano stati errori da parte del salone, le è stato comunque applicato uno sconto come gesto di cortesia nel periodo festivo.
Il costo standard dei servizi era il seguente:
• ceretta baffetti 15€
• ceretta mento 15€
• manicure con semipermanente 50€
Totale 80€
L’importo da lei effettivamente pagato è stato di 70€, quindi con uno sconto di 10€
Ci dispiace che la sua esperienza non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative, tuttavia non possiamo accettare affermazioni non corrispondenti alla realtà e potenzialmente dannose per la reputazione del nostro salone

I’ve tried a few parlours in Rome, but I always come back to this one because everything is just right. I’m really glad my first time waxing was done here, as they made sure I was comfortable and never judged me. The owner, Angela, is incredibly kind, and Natalia, the Russian lady, is also very gentle 💞 I trust them completely and have become a regular customer. I’ve also brought my friends here, and they’ve become regulars too. Booking appointments is easy, and they always reply with patience and consistency. Highly recommend.

The technician’s attitude was unpleasant and unprofessional. I came in to have only two nails fixed, yet she was unable to replicate the shape of my French manicure and made it either too thin or completely different from the original. The nails were left thick and unrefined.
When I politely asked her to file them down, she nervously said that I was “already late,” even though the salon itself asked me to come at 2:30 instead of 3:00. I arrived only 10 minutes late and rushed as much as possible.
The entire experience felt rushed and careless. I left with an unpleasant feeling and disappointment due to the lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

You initially booked an appointment for one nail repair, which is normally allocated 15 min
Despite the fact that you had missed your previous appointment the day before, we still agreed to reschedule and accommodate you again.
We also asked if you could come earlier, which you kindly agreed to. Based on your confirmation, we rearranged our schedule and adjusted the following clients. In addition we reserved 30 min for you instead of the standard 15 as a courtesy.
Unfortunately you arrived 10 minutes late and informed us Apol arrival that you needed two nails repair instead of one. Even so, we chose to meet you halfway and completed repairs on both nails, which understandably caused a delay for next client.
Despite these circumstances, we ensured that the work was done carefully, neatly and to high standards

Had a massage session with Andrey, and it was hands down the best 60 minutes for the last time. Atmosphere is amazing - soft lighting,pleasant music and subtle scents immediately set a relaxing mood. Massage is perfect balance between relaxation and deep muscle work. The service is top-notch, you can really feel a care about the client. A well-deserved 5 stars!

They did a beautiful job… for another person. If you want a basic Russian manicure, they’re great. I asked for stiletto and explained multiple times what they were. I would watch her file and continue to round out the ends. They told me it wouldn’t look “beautiful” if I wanted it shorter and pointier and I ended up with long almonds instead of medium stilettos. The nails on my left hand are longer than my right. The cat’s eye is only properly applied to 3/10 of my nails. I was so exhausted by the end of the appointment I didn’t want to continue telling them to fix it. I paid €110 and didn’t get anything that resembled that I wanted.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo centro estetico non è stata positiva. Sono andata ieri per una manicure, ma durante il trattamento le cuticole mi sono state tagliate in modo troppo aggressivo,(usando la preso anche sopra le cutivole) lasciandomi alcune piccole ferite(sentendo bruciore) lavandomi ke mani c9n l'acqua tiepida)Ho sentito fastidio e bruciore già durante la seduta. Inoltre, la cura e l’attenzione nei gesti non mi sono sembrate adeguate.Mi dispiace lasciare una recensione negativa, perché questo centro mi è stato raccomando da una collega.
I've had my nails done in many places, including different countries, and I can attest this was the worst service I've ever received. The girl who did my nails was rude, never smiled, was yelling in ukranian/russian to the owner/manager since she was mad I did not like her work. I asked for short nails but not so short that they have no shape and are hurting my fingers. She would not listen, I even drew the shape I wanted. I also have cuticle left and had to buy a nail file to fix the shape which is almost impossible since I have no nails left. I should get a refund for what she did. I usually do not complain but I did not appreciate the way my nails look and how rude she was. I was also charged 60 euros for a horrible job. Never again!

In response to your response. Yes, I asked for shorter natural nails and explained to her and you that I wanted square nails with rounded edges. I explained it about 10 times and also drew a picture of how I wanted the nails. All I got was a big attitude, awful nails which I had to redo, and less money in my pocket. She did not follow anything, she did whatever she wanted to do and then got mad because I did not like it. She also gave me an attitude because of the color, everything was inconvenient to her. She hurt my fingers, I have cuts on them, have trouble even typing and literally damaged my nails. Do not try to change things.

requested a very short and natural look, and our technician followed your instructions precisely. The result matched the style you asked for.
As for communication, technician didn’t raise her voice or speak to you or another person in a rude manner. Unfortunately, the Russian language can sometimes sound more direct or emotional compared to English, which may have created a misunderstanding but there was no intention to be impolite
Concerning the price a gel manicure is 50€ + 10€ for removal of the previous coating. These prices are clearly stated in our official price list, available both online and in salon.
The work was completed with great care and quality, and we ensured everything looked perfect before you left.
