I’ve never had such a rude, snooty experience. I came in to get a semi manicure removed that was over a month old to give my nails a break. The woman who did my nails stared at them, gave me the most judgmental look for several seconds, almost expecting me to comment on the state of them? It was very strange and off putting. The snobbiness continued when she asked how long it had been, acted like she wasn’t surprised when I said I had gotten it done at another place, and then implied that I never put lotion or cream on my hands because they happened to be slightly dry. She was also extremely aggressive taking them off causing me to bleed and my skin to be raw. If you feel like being relentlessly judged, book an appointment here :)

I have been visiting Enhancements regularly for over 2 years and am always pleased with the cleanliness and consistency of services. I get regular gel manicures and pedicures (not every salon in Rome offers real soaking tubs and comfortable, reclining chairs - but they DO!), 50 minute massages and eyebrow services. I have never been disappointed and the pricing is very reasonable.
Just today I visited Milayla for a gel mani and a massage and arrived sad and stressed. I left 2 hours later feeling very relaxed and wearing a joyful bright red polish on my nails! Did I mention their selection of polish (OPI, among others) is outstanding - it's hard to choose!
For me, there is no better mani/pedi salon in Rome!

Worth every penny. 🥰 One of the best salon experiences I have had. Wendy and her team are incredibly lovely and helpful. (I got stuck with SNS nails in Rome, which are commonplace in Australia but not in Italy and so their removal was tricky). They helped me remove them and gave me the best manicure I have had. The interior design and store layout is stunning and the whole experience was perfection from start to finish. My only regret is that this salon is not in Melbourne so I can’t become a regular. xx Thank you ladies! 💅

I had been travelling through Italy from Australia for 4 weeks with gel x nails which needed help and some were lifting from the bottom.. although they didn’t have the same product Asja fixed all problems with another product without having to remove my tips, and I was able to continue my trip.
Thank you Asja you a saved my nails, and they look great.

I was ripped off for a €82.00 manicure ( acrylic/ semi permanente/ French); because a few days before I had walked in and got 3 of my nails repaired ; and they didn’t( out of their own choice) charged me. I got my nails done at the same place 9 days before, and that’s why I went there to fix it!!! Every time I got my manicure / riconstruzione with semi - it was Always €65 !! This time just bcs they had repaired something; that they didn’t do a good job themselves I was ripped off! Make sure you ask for the price BEFORE! Claudia is a pushy lady, that doesn’t respect what the client likes and wants: she wants you to do what SHE wants. She offered the acrylic service and I politely declined; and she kept asking like 15 times if I wanted the acrylic; and I agreed so she could shut up! Avoid and skip it if you can. It’s not a place that you go to relax. She is one annoying unprofessional lady!

Cristina did an absolutely incredible job and she was very kind! I got engaged two days ago and needed my nails done to show off my ring. My expectations were far exceeded. I never had "fake" nails look so natural and elegant. Would highly recommend.

Amazing first experience!! From start to finish- every part of the process and every person on the staff that I met was extremely nice, welcoming and accommodating. They did an excellent job on my nails with precision and expertise and quite quickly! Recommended to anyone visiting or living in Rome. (Trust me I’ve tried other places). This will be my new go to nail salon. Also, I have already recommended it to my friend who has also been pleased with her manicure :)
