Unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience. The lady who did my refill filed my nails in a very uncomfortable way, including breaking some of my nails and grazing my cuticles. She then cleaned it with acetone which added to the pain. It took her over 2 hours to complete the refill and a little over a week later, one has fallen off and others are coming loose. I have been getting my nails done regularly for many years and have never had them come off so quickly. I was not at all happy with the service or the experience and will not be returning.

Tayisa nails is absolutely amazing. After a different nail salon in Rome did a horrible job on my nails tayisa nails came to the rescue! A lot of attention to detail and staff was kind and very accommodating. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a place to get your nails done when you’re in Rome. I also don’t speak italian but besides the language barrier everything went amazing!💅🏻

Sono stata a Roma per un mese e avevo bisogno di fare le unghie. Che sorpresa meravigliosa aver trovato questo salone! Assolutamente il migliore. Victor ha fatto le mie unghie ed è stato impeccabile: precise, bellissime, un lavoro davvero brillante. In più, è una delle persone più interessanti che si possano incontrare. Sono uscita non solo con unghie perfette, ma anche con una bellissima conversazione e un senso di connessione. Consigliatissimo!

Esperienza negativa sia per l’approccio che la titolare ha avuto con me sia, e soprattutto, per la qualità del servizio offerto.
Ho fatto manicure con gel semi permanente e dopo nemmeno 4 giorni un unghia si è smontata, a detta sua sarebbe dovuta durare 3 settimane pagare 55 € per una roba del genere è assurdo!!!!!
Faccio semi permanente da anni e non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere.
La titolare peraltro è stata molto brusca e poco accogliente facendomi anche male e anche questo non mi era mai successo!!!
Assolutamente sconsigliato.

I was traveling and broke a nail so went in for a gel mani - great location very clean and kind team. Just felt rushed I was bleeding from two nails from the cuticle trim otherwise it was a good experience.
