They ruined my nails and I had to go back twice to fix broken nails that ripped off and then they made an appointment for me tp get it fixed AGAIINNNNN and when I went back they refused to help me because they have other clients. Horrible experience and now my nails are horribly damaged. Don’t go here!!!!

Veramente pessima esperienza nonostante le cattive recensioni ho voluto provare lo stesso perché lavoro li vicino ed era comodo, ho fatto il semipermanente alle mani, dopo aver atteso 40 min nonostante avessi preso appuntamento ci mettono 2 ore per farle, cambiando anche la ragazza e dopo 2 giorni si è già staccato su due unghie, ho chiamato subito per poterle sistemare ma nulla non hanno posto per riparare. una cosa assurda avendo pagato una fortuna 40 euro e solo in contanti senza ricevuta fiscale che non mi hanno fatto nonostante la avessi chiesta! Sono scortesi, incompetenti e maleducate se potete evitate questo posto!

Esperienza pessima!
Sono davvero delusa dal servizio di Tong Tong Nail. Nessuno mi ha avvisato in anticipo che accettano solo pagamenti in contanti. L’ho scoperto solo al momento di pagare, mettendomi in difficoltà e creando un disagio completamente evitabile. Trovo assurdo, nel 2025, non accettare carte o almeno informare chiaramente i clienti prima dell’appuntamento. Zero trasparenza e zero professionalità. Non tornerò mai più e sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque non voglia brutte sorprese.

Vado da Tong Tong da moltissimo tempo, sia a Milano che Roma. Le ragazze lavorano benissimo e sono sempre state disponibili. Peccato per la ragazza che lavora al desk di Roma che è’ arrivata da un po’ di tempo: al telefono maleducata, svogliata, arrogante. Per me andare a fare le unghie è’ anche un piacere, e di solito decido sul momento con le ragazze come farle, anche perché le faccio sempre colorate e spesso faccio attaccare qualche sticker. L’ ultima volta invece la signora al desk ha messo un sacco di fretta e con arroganza ha proibito di far attaccare uno sticker che ho chiesto dicendo che non c’ era tempo. Il tempo a disposizione c’ era, il negozio era vuoto e la cliente dopo di me stava facendo i piedi. Ma a prescindere, anche se davvero non ci fosse stato tempo, quella ragazza e’ stata veramente maleducata e arrogante. Sono uscita disgustata. Finché li ci sarà lei, non tornerò più lì.

Despite decent prestation, the service was aloof and dismissive. It may be slightly better if the client is a local. My observation was that any English speaker was treated more dismissively
as soon as there was an agreement to receive the services. Hence, I would encourage tourists and non-native italians to search a bit more as there ate ither nicer spots with better customer services. It is also unpleasant to be offered a service ( that is usually included elsewhere) to be then only be informed at the end of the service that it required an additional fee. Lastly, rather annoying, in post-covid 2024, to force clients to pay cash....they pretended that their terminal had a temporary problem, but it seems to be a more established practice.

If I could leave this less than one star I would. I got my pedicure service immediately after another customer and the tub was not cleaned or sterilized in between. We left feeling unsatisfied as our feet were barely scrubbed. We left with cracked and calloused heals with visible dirt in them. This was the price of a pedicure but with essentially only a polish change. When we asked for a reduced price and showed them our heals we were told nothing, not even a few euros, could be taken off and they would not rectify the situation or apologize. I definitely do NOT recommend

Walking around Rome I found this very lovely place that I would highly recommend, the nail
Technicians are very professional and lovely
The service is excellent ... And the fact they are still able to provide normal nail polish service is magnificent
