Absolutely incredible big city gym that has all you need as a competitive bodybuilder or simply a casual lifter.

For legs they have a Matrix Hack Squat, Cybex style leg press (if you know you know), and lots of other great machines like adductor, extension, leg curl, seated leg curl, donkey calf, and hip thrust.

For chest they have multiple plate loaded pieces for pressing that are very smooth.

On back they have a plate loaded low row, a hammer strength iso style row, and a high pull down plate loaded piece as well as T bar.

Downstairs they have plenty of cardio equipment, mobility area and a deadlift platform/squat rack.

The owner was extremely nice, gave us each a free protein shaker and a day pass was a very reasonable 10 euros.

This is THE gym if you are serious in Rome.

An old local gym that is well equipped. Staffs were very nice. A lot of variety in machines but only one half rack. Only 10€ for a day pass.

Palestra al top: macchinari moderni, ambiente curato e staff professionale e accogliente. Se cercate un ambiente dove potervi superare ogni giorno, questo è il posto giusto. La qualità si sente fin dal primo allenamento ☺️💪🏻

Belle salle de sport, authentique comme je les aime, bien équipée avec beaucoup de machines. Un peu petite mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon moment et accomplir un bon workout. Personnel hyper sympa.

Great gym, one of the only ones open during the summer holidays (one to be careful with with other Italian gyms) and a bargain €10 for a day pass for the quality of gym. You can also rent a towel for €1!

Amazing gym was very close to my hotel, staff were so friendly and even though it was my first time training there I felt at home. 2 floors, great equipment and decent price only 10€ day pass, they also made me a protein shake with creatine, I guess I’ll be back again tomorrow

Fui con mi pareja que estabamos de vacaciones en Roma. El pase de dia son 10 euros los cuales merecen totalmente la pena ya que el gimnasio esta muy bien equipado: zona de maquinas para hipertrofia, rack de sentadilla con plataforma para peso muerto y zona de cardio con un amplio espacio para lo que podria ser yoga, etc. La chica que nos atendio muy amable y nos explico brevemente todo lo necesario. Ofrecen servicio de toallas por 1 euro que de llegar a saberlo lo habrios utilizado ya que cuando estas de turista no es agradable llevar la toalla mojada todo el dia. Mi unica pega pero que no afecta al entrenamiento, es que el baño de los chicos, el vater y la zona de duchas podrian estar mejor y mas limpias. De todos modos, es un excelente gimnasio para entrenar y a un precio muy asequible.

Fuimos por las buenas reseñas y efectivamente todo un acierto!! Entramos con el pase de día que cuesta 10€. Está muy bien equipado de máquinas, incluso tiene una zona de rack especial para hacer sentadilla y peso muerto. Hay opción de alquilar toallas por 1€, que viene muy bien. También venden proteínas, batidos, barritas y demás. He probado otros gimnasios en Roma y este ha sido el mejor :)
