Tourist trap alert — save yourself the heartbreak and the €250!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst lash experience I’ve ever had. Linda, the owner, completely took advantage of being the only lash technician in Positano. I felt scammed and ripped off from the start.

I came in needing a simple refill before my proposal. Instead, I walked out with clumps of lashes falling out immediately. The moment I opened my eyes from the table, I saw multiple lashes on my stomach and chest, and the fallout never stopped. Within three days, every single lash was gone.

I paid €250, which is outrageous! I’m from Orlando, Florida, where I don’t pay half that for a full set, let alone a refill. The lashes were applied unevenly, pointing in different directions, and the texture was extremely coarse and uncomfortable.

I told myself they only needed to last one day for the proposal, but by day one a third were gone, by day two half, and by day three there was nothing left. I wish I had just kept my natural lashes.

Extremely disappointed. Save your money and your time. This place relies on being the only option in town, not on skill or integrity.

I visited Belinda at Royal Divine Relax for some much-needed TLC on my nails, and she absolutely revived them! Her care and attention to detail are amazing — she really took the time to repair and restore my nails, leaving them looking and feeling healthy again. The salon has such a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere, and Belinda is so warm and professional. Highly recommend her nail services if your nails need some love!

I had a terrible experience here and would never recommend this business. I paid a €50 deposit to secure my appointment, fully expecting it to go toward the service — as is standard in the beauty industry. Instead, after asking for a €100 lash infill, I was charged €150 in total. When I questioned it, the owner claimed the deposit was “separate” and refused to refund me.

This is misleading and feels like a scam. There was no transparency, no professionalism, and no accountability when I raised the issue. Travellers beware, there are plenty of reputable lash artists in Positano who won’t take advantage of you.

Wow Belinda! I received a manicure and facial threading and I can say she is an extremely talented manicurist and aesthetician! She fit me into her schedule on very short notice and still welcomed me warmly and made me feel like family. Highly recommended, thank you Belinda ❤️

We had the most amazing 3 hours during our VIP experience. We started by relaxing in the different pools on the deck with the best views of the ocean below. We had drinks and lunch and then went in the steam room. Finally we had couples massage outside under the tent which was so relaxing with the ocean breeze and sounds. Linda was amazing transitioning us between different experiences and her massage was top notch. Also Angela gave a great massage. Highly recommend this place when traveling in the area it was a once in a lifetime experience

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Lots of walking on this trip and they did a great job to alleviate our foot pain as well as our back pain. Very accommodating. A word to the wise… If you’re staying the bottom of the hill keep in mind it’s an intense walk up, but well worth it. Linda and Carmella were both very knowledgeable about our needs and did a fantastic job.

Il massaggio al corpo e al volto è stato di altissima qualità. L'acconciatura ottima per l'evento programmato. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente adeguato. Consigliatissimi.
