I prezzi sono piuttosto alti rispetto ai servizi offerti. Il servizio è stato soddisfacente e svolto correttamente, ma comunque il costo resta alto, e il fatto che non ci sia un listino esposto lascia troppo spazio a discrezionalità. L’operatrice che si è occupata del servizio è stata simpatica e professionale, purtroppo non si può dire lo stesso del proprietario.

Staff were very friendly and nice. Manicure and Pedicure were done very well. Price was reasonable. Equipment was modern and the place was very clean.
I was a walk in and they were able and willing to accommodate me within 2 hours which was perfect as I had just arrived from a Cruise ship which came into the port for only one day. Even though I could not speak Italian, staff were able to work around this which was very much appreciated.

I’ve never been treated in such an uncivilized way as by the owner of this place. I made an appointment on the phone for manicure and pedicure, I was told different price then I was shown after the service so I asked politely if he could explain me what from the 90€ on the bill is for which service cause I was told differently on the phone. Guy raised his voice, started shouting in Italian, that he is ‘Italiano not Neapolitano’, then opened the door and asked me to go out saying that I don’t need to pay and he doesn’t want me to go back next day (as I made the booking before for the massage next day). He couldn’t really speak English so he called the receptionist who was already out of office to translate cause I was insisting that I can’t leave without paying, especially that the manicure and pedicure were done well by the girl, I just wanted to be explained what is the price exactly for. So the whole situation was really unpleasant, I just wanted to pay and leave what finally happened after then minutes of him being rude and proud, girl on the phone (who btw was really nice and was trying to calm the situation down). Oh, and when I came in a first place, he was the one who started doing my pedicure but seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing and I was really considering whether I should leave cause I was afraid of my nails being destroyed. Luckily after 10min other nail girl came and took over and gave me a well done mani and pedi. That was the only plus of the visit there. I travel around the world and meet different people, but never been in a inhumane situation like this. Also: they don’t have a list and the price list of their services.

Master of manicur Shiny is very professional and friendly.
The salon is very cosy and clean.
The only one thing which is not clear is price; when I booked the girl on the reception told me one price. But after the manicur I paid another sum.
