I had a great experience at body therapy beauty salon. After traveling for 3 weeks I needed my nails refreshed and they were very accommodating in finding a time and date that works. Anna who did my nails was very thorough and did a beautiful job. Francesco has great English and was incredibly friendly and kind. I will happily return the next time I am traveling in Sorrento.

Our hotel, Hotel Plaza helped arrange a manicure for my friend who was celebrating a birthday. They suggested Body Therapy Via Sersale 8. Thank you to Fabiana for such friendly and professional service. As well, we really appreciated her being able to speak in English with us. The price was fair and my friend's nails look great. She just wanted a cleanup and a neutral colour. If you want to treat yourself this cozy nook off the main street is the place to go.

Body Therapy provided such a great experience! It was the first time both my sister and I had our nails done and they were so meticulous in their service. Francesco was lovely and accomodating and the nail artist did an amazing job, even with our request to do a bit of nail art as well as the solid colour. We would definitely recommend!

I’m from the United States and needed a very good blowout for my hair after all the beach activity. My hair was dry, sun kissed & looked like a mess. I came to the salon and was greeted with professionalism, kindness & my hair has been straightened/blown out with volume. It was also treated with a hair mask. I highly recommend this salon.

Dalla loro apertura affido i miei capelli, mani e piedi a loro! Colore, taglio, manicure, pedicure...sono sempre rimasta entusiasta del risultato. Da provare la spa per capelli perché sono gli unici in penisola, risultato eccezionale abbinato ad un relax puro. Se siete di passaggio o vivete a Sorrento non potete non venire almeno una volta!

Ga hier niet naartoe! Manicure was zo slecht vinger ging bloeden en is deels verbrand? Omdat er te hard gepolijst werd. Dit aangekaart achteraf en meneer de eigenaar wilde ons zoet houden met een flesje olie uit china. We hebben veel geld betaald, maar ons geld kregen we niet terug.

Update: Ze reageren hieronder dat mijn reactie nep is, maar dat is het niet. Ze hebben 2 locaties we zijn bij beiden locaties geweest. Binnenkant op google maps zijn de locaties waar we geweest hetzelfde. Eigenaar zeer slecht van je zo te reageren. Jullie hebben slecht werk geleverd. Beste toeristen ga hier niet naar toe je wordt opgelicht door de lange man achter de balie. Klopt de andere is mijn vrouw die ook een behandeling bij jullie heeft gehad. Ik lieg niet mensen zie hieronder fotos van het kaartje dat de lange man mij had gegeven met een puntje bij hun andere locatie waar ik moest zijn. Beiden zijn van hun.

Update: jij sprak Engels en wij spraken met jou vooraf en ik met jou na onze mislukte behandeling. Ik heb ook telefoongesprekken als bewijs, wil je zo ver gaan geen probleem. Het is geen oplichterij daar heb ik niks aan. Ben geen concurrent van jou. Jij wilde ons sussen met een flesje goedkope olie ,oplichter. Je zei eerder dat wij niet geweest zijn bij jullie, maar je reageert wel op onze berichten wetende over het geld en korting die je meteen gaf? Je valt steeds dieper. Slecht voor een winkel eigenaar om zo te blijven reageren voor een review dat waar is helaas. Want tot moment voor de behandelen erg was je erg vriendelijk. Blijf professioneel in je werk aub.

Worst manicure ever – stay far away!
This was an absolute nightmare! My nails were completely destroyed – filed down so aggressively that they bled under the nail. The woman was rude, aggressive, and clearly unqualified. She has no diploma, doesn’t know how to file properly, and can’t even remove gel polish. My nail beds are ruined and extremely painful.

She is unprofessional, rough, doesn’t speak English, and has zero skills. This is hands down the worst manicure experience I have ever had in my life. Do yourself a favor and NEVER come here, it’s dangerous and completely unacceptable!

“This place is a complete scam! Please, do NOT go to this salon! Instead of apologizing, they lie about everything and refuse to give any refund. I went to both locations and had terrible experiences. There is one staff member—a tall man—DO NOT ask him anything! He acts all smooth with fake sales talk, then suddenly drops the prices to trick you. First he says a manicure is €40, and when you say it’s expensive, he suddenly lowers it to €20. This is nothing but a scam to lure tourists! They destroy your nails, provide horrible service, and then gaslight you when you complain. Avoid this salon at all costs if you don’t want to waste your money and ruin your nails!”

Body Therapy Beauty Salon – Sorrento.

If you’re in Sorrento and in need of some pampering, Body Therapy Beauty Salon is an absolute must-visit!

I had the pleasure of being treated by Maria, and she was nothing short of exceptional – a solid 10/10. Not only is she incredibly skilled (and still learning, which is amazing!), but she also speaks standout English – a big plus when travelling in Europe. Her technique was next-level, and her professionalism made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The owner – unfortunately I didn’t catch his name – was just as impressive. He was warm, passionate about his salon, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even treated us to some Limoncello… now that’s what I call next-level hospitality!

A full five stars for this gem of a salon – it’s well-deserved. I’ll absolutely be back if I’m ever in the area again.

If you’re nearby, do yourself a favour and stop in. You won’t regret it.

The salon was clean and the staff were kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, I have to say I left feeling a bit disappointed with the service. I came in for what I thought would be a full pedicure, but it mostly consisted of removing the previous shellac and applying new polish. There was no soaking, exfoliation, or massage, which I usually expect as part of a full pedicure, especially for the price (50€).

Also, during the process, I was accidentally cut in a few spots, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. I usually don’t leave reviews like this, but I think it’s helpful to share honest feedback so that small improvements can be made. The place definitely has potential, I just didn’t receive the level of care I was hoping for this time.
