Ich wollte nur ein richtiges Nasenspray haben. Stattdessen wurde mir ein Meersalzwasserspray (mit ätherischen Ölen) verkauft. Für 15€. Das ist erstens nicht das wonach ich gefragt habe und zweitens hatte ich bereits ein Meersalzwasserspray für 3€, dass genau so gut wirkt.

This business should not have the green cross outside, it's more like a cosmetic shop. I went in asking for bilastina for my allergy and 1) they didn't know what it was 2) they didn't even bother checking their computer. They then wanted to sell me another product for hayfever which I stupidly bought. When one minute later I tried to return it the owner told me I couldn't do so but she said I could exchange for something else. So I asked about paracetamol which was (as someone else mentions down here) 8 euros the box! I said "no way, that's too expensive" and she had the cheek to say that those were "Italian prices".
Those are not "Italian prices", those are RIP-OFF prices.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to Alfani in the city centre instead, a real pharmacy.
