i was there on holiday and completely broke an acrylic nail. they were the only salon open willing to squeeze me in for an appointment that day. we had to utilize google translate as they didnt speak much english and i don’t speak much italian. however, they were so kind, so sweet, and very professional. they were able to take off my original acrylic set, fix up the broken nail, and give me fresh polish. i highly recommended.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Helixir in Cefalù!
​Michaella was incredible—she managed to fit my husband in for a full body wax on short notice. She was incredibly patient, meticulous, and thorough throughout the entire process. On top of that, she gave me a very neat and flawless manicure.
​Sandrine did my microblading, and I couldn't be happier. My eyebrows look absolutely beautiful and perfectly shaped!
Both my husband and I felt looked after and treated with genuine care.
​The service here is professional, welcoming, and high-quality. If you are in Cefalù and looking for top-tier beauty treatments, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

A beautiful little salon with a friendly and responsive staff. I got a manucure and have a mixed review. The shaping and manucure was excellent (!!) but the polish application was very poor. Visibly uneaven with strikes.

If I had had more time I think I would have asked for a redo of some nails, the staff was very nice so I think they would have!

Also the service took longer than I’m used to so plan some time.

I got a great gel fill and lovely service today. My nails were a mess after 3+ weeks in holiday and one had ripped right down (index finger on hand shown). They look perfect again! Highly recommend this wonderful little spa.

Pessima ricostruzione gel; penso che le critiche vadano accettate e prese in considerazione tanto quanto i complimenti e che meritino una risposta altrettanto attenta e cortese.
Si può notare anche dalle altre recensioni negative che queste riguardano solo l’ambito della cura mani: semi permanente e gel. E non ho neanche menzionato altri aspetti non troppo professionali proprio per essere il più oggettiva possibile.
Non ho motivo di esprimermi sugli altri trattamenti di estetica perchè questa è stata la mia unica esperienza nel vostro centro.
Forse, a volte, mettersi in discussione può essere utile.
