Grazie a Giada e Ludovica!

I wanted to book a series of Treatments and Services as a surprise for my girlfriend. No particular celebration, just to pamper her, so I researched the area and I ended up talking to Giada.

Outstanding customer service!

I don't know much about how it all works , and she was patient to walk me through a series of services they offer and have listed on their site.

We ended up with:

Pedicure 30€
Manicure 15€
Stone massage 60€

And then we added:

Face cleanse treatment 30€

As this was all a surprise for my girlfriend, Giada made sure to send me the payment links via WhatsApp, and clarify all the questions I had as we went over the booking experience.

The place was clean and organized, and everything went according to plan! Giada went above and beyond and even shared a few videos (which I would recommend for the future to be approved by the client having the treatment before you record them, as the nature of those treatments might make the person getting them feel a little bit exposed. Food for thought, because I personally enjoyed receiving them, but I can imagine it would be on the safe side to check with the person first).

In terms of the services themselves, she enjoyed most of them except the massage, which for her was too soft. It's a personal preference of course, and with her limited Italian, it was hard to explain, but again, everyone probably has a specific way they enjoy being massaged most.

They don't have a sauna or a pool, which is something my girlfriend really enjoys, but of course that was clarified before making the reservation, and it was not an issue at all.

I encourage anyone who is craving a little bit of wellness in their daily routine to give them a try. By experience, It also makes for a great gift to a loved one!

Prices are consistent to market standards, the place is clean, the people are properly certified, and well trained.

Thanks for the outstanding customer service Giada. Customer loyalty comes from the unexpected, above and beyond details we do for others, and Giada made sure that my sweetheart had plenty of those details.

Appreciate the positive experience and will be booking their services again!
