We are very happy to hear that our beauty team was able to help you at the last minute, especially on a Saturday, and that you appreciated the kindness and professionalism of our staff.
We are, however, sorry to hear that the repaired nail detached after only a few days. In this particular case, it was an emergency repair on a nail that had already broken, and unfortunately these types of repairs can sometimes have a shorter duration than a regular treatment.
The condition of the natural nail and the fact that the original colour and product could not be replicated exactly can also affect the adhesion and resistance of the repair.
We completely understand your disappointment and are sorry that it did not last as long as you had hoped.
We will certainly share your feedback with our beauty team, as every experience is useful for us to improve.

Notre emplacement est effectivement l’un de nos grands atouts : le centre-ville, le port et les plages sont facilement accessibles à pied, tout comme la petite crique située à proximité de l’hôtel.
