Achtung Abzocke! Ein behelfsmässig eingerichtetes „Studio“ mit seltsamen Geräten. Auf der Website gibt es keine Preisliste. Der am Telefon genannte Preis von 45€ hat sich am Ende verdreifacht. Für 20min Streichelmassage auf einem unbequemen Infrarot-Tisch (keine Polsterung, nicht mal ein Handtuch) und 15min Nägel schneiden und bemalen (kein Fussbad, keine Hornhautbehandlung) verlangen sie 130€. Meine Verspannungen sind so stark wie vorher, der Lack blättert bereits ab.

After three weeks, I spent here on vacation. I decided to get a manicure and pedicure. It was the worst manicure and pedicure I have received in my life. I had a powdered manicure, and the girl did not know how to take it off. She didn’t even cut my cuticles, use a wet towel on my hands or even use lotions on my hands. She butchered me then I was scheduled for a pedicure, but I just want no polish on my toes but told her I would like my nails cut, filed and buff the heels after being on the beach on vacation. She only buffed my heels and cut my toenail didn’t bother to massage, cut the cuticles on my toenails or put lotion on my feet. The pedicure and manicure I received felt like I was in a Third World country instead of Italy. And then they had the audacity to charge me €65. That is $70 with the exchange. In NYC for that kind of money they cater to me like I’m a queen. I usually pay $70 for manicure and pedicure in NYC give the tech a 20% tip. I have gotten manicure and pedicure in the Caribbean and it’s up to par to want I get in NYC. This place needs to learn how to cater to their vacationers from big cities because this is not accepted from where I come from. It was more of a slaughter house than a beauty place.
